I will be the first to admit, I don’t know why this is blowing up… I agree that when a catchy song gets discovered, it often becomes tough to avoid, whether you like it or not. Such is the life of this Japanese Song by Kazuhiko Kosaka where he plays a fictional character called DJ Piko-Taro.
some are comparing it to “Gangnam Style,” “The Macarena,” and even “What Does The Fox Say.”, but it is only 51 seconds long, and of few words involving pens, apples, pinnaplles, and any which combination. I fear that this will become one of “those” dances performed at weddings like the chicken dance, but hopefully with a club remix version.
